Working with farmers & producers to improve their crops for agro ecology production.

Research, write reports, give presentations, lectures, write scientific and popular books and articles specialising in:

 * Agroecological subjects

 * Ethnobotany, human relationships                 and values linked to  plants.

 * Supply chain research for food and            non food products, adding value to                  raw ingredients in the UK and overseas.

Community engagement in research and development projects – such as :

* Renewable Energy

* Selection of crops for food and materials involving farmers, processors and consumers.

* Hands-on research 

* Running workshops on grafting, budding, pruning and participatory learning and selection linked to crop plants and trees.
